Website Design
A deposit of 50% of the total price is payable on order of a website (after a full consultation). The remaining 50% is payable within 30 days of the site going "live" on the web. A reminder will be sent if payment is late. Failure to complete payment will result in the website being taken off the web until the amount is paid in full.
The files and images relating to the website will remain with the web designer, as will the website control panel access. This is for the benefit of the customer, so that the web designer can update/maintain the site on request. All this can be transfered to the customer at a later date if necessary for a small transfer charge.
Website Maintenance
Maintenance Payments are required in advance of the maintenance work and updates being carried out. No updates or maintenance work will be done without payment unless included in a promotion.
CV Hosting
CV Hosting payments are required in advance of the CV being put on the web. Once the CV is on the web, a letter/email of confirmation will be sent to the customer including the CV webpage address. A letter/email will be sent to the customer after 11 months reminding them that the service is up for renewal. If the customer does not send a renewal payment for the next year their CV will not be kept on the web. It is the customers responsibility to keep Incy Wincy Web Spinners aware of any change of postal/email address.
